In a post on X, senior TMC leader Derek O’Brien said that the Trinamool leadership remains dedicated to “fighting the good fight,” following recent meetings with the party chief and national general secretary.

As per the draft, marriages are required to be registered within 60 days of the ceremony, while live-in relationships must be registered within 30 days.

The observations came after two petitions were filed in the top court — one seeking action against alleged commercial use of courtroom remarks and another seeking a high-level investigation into activities associated with the CJP.
